Hibachi Party Rules and Tipping Policy
A private hibachi party is one of the easiest ways to bring dinner and entertainment directly to your bachelor party.
Please review these rules before your event so your chef, Bad Girls, and guests are ready to have a great time.
IMPORTANT: If your Hibachi Party is being held at an Airbnb, VRBO, vacation rental, hotel, or other rented property, you are responsible for confirming that the property allows an outside hibachi chef and outdoor cooking before booking.
1 Airbnb & Vacation Rental Approval
If your Hibachi Party is being held at an Airbnb, VRBO, vacation rental, hotel, condo, or other rented property, please review the property's rules before booking.
The person booking the party is responsible for obtaining any necessary approval from the property owner, host, hotel, HOA, or property manager.
Bad Girl Productions® is not responsible if your property does not allow outside chefs, vendors, hibachi cooking, or your planned event.
2 Outdoor Cooking Area
Your hibachi chef needs a safe, appropriate area to cook and serve your group. Please make sure the designated cooking area is accessible and ready before the chef arrives. The chef must have adequate space and clearance to safely set up and operate the hibachi grill.
Your chef has the final say regarding whether the cooking location is safe and suitable for hibachi service.
3 Space & Party Setup
Your group is responsible for providing the appropriate tables, chairs, seating, and dining area unless your package specifically states otherwise.
Please have the party area cleared and ready before your scheduled start time.
Your Booking Manager will let you know about any specific space or setup requirements for your package.
4 What Your Hibachi Package Includes
Your exact package inclusions will be confirmed when you book.
Depending on the package selected, your experience may include:
- Private Hibachi Chef
- Hibachi Dinner
- Bad Girls or Bikini Bartenders
- Additional upgrades selected at booking
Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact services included with your event.
5 What the Customer Provides
Unless specifically included in your package, the customer is responsible for providing the location, tables, chairs, and other party supplies needed for the event.
If you are unsure what you need, ask your Booking Manager before the party.
6 Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please tell your Booking Manager about food allergies or dietary restrictions before your event.
Do not wait until the chef arrives to disclose a serious food allergy.
While reasonable dietary requests may be accommodated when arranged in advance, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate the possibility of cross-contact.
7 Alcohol & Beverages
Alcohol is not included unless specifically stated in your package.
If your package includes a Baddie Bikini Bartender, you provide the alcohol. We provide the Bikini Girls.
Please have your alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, and bar supplies ready before your Bikini Bartender arrives.
8 Your Bad Girls
Depending on your package, Bad Girls may bartend, socialize with your group, participate in party games, and bring the Bad Girl energy to your hibachi experience.
Any additional adult entertainment, lap dances, party games, fantasy shows, or other upgrades are optional and are not automatically included unless specifically stated in your package.
9 Hibachi Party Booking Fee
The Hibachi Party Booking Fee is paid to Bad Girl Productions®; it is not the individual Hibachi Chef's or Bad Girl's compensation.
The fee covers the compensation for the chef and/or talent included in your package, plus the agency services required to arrange, schedule, coordinate, and manage your Hibachi Party.
Your booking confirmation will specify exactly what is included in your Hibachi Party package.
10 What's Not Included in the Fee
Unless specifically included in your package, your Hibachi Party Booking Fee does not include:
- Alcohol or beverages
- Ice, cups, or bar supplies
- Optional party games
- Lap dances
- Additional adult entertainment
- Additional time
- Gratuities
Optional entertainment and gratuities are separate from your Booking Fee.
11 Hibachi Chef & Bad Girl Tipping Policy
Gratuities are appreciated for great service.
Your hibachi chef and Bad Girls provide different services, so please plan to tip them separately when appropriate.
Tips for your Bad Girls go directly to the individual Bad Girls.
There is no obligation to purchase additional entertainment, and gratuities are at your discretion.
12 Weather, Wind & Extreme Heat
Most private hibachi experiences take place outdoors, so weather conditions can affect your event.
Rain, strong winds, excessive heat, unsafe surfaces, or other conditions may require changes to the cooking location, a delay, or another adjustment for safety.
Please have an appropriate backup plan when possible.
13 Respect the Property
Please respect your Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or private residence.
The person booking the event is responsible for complying with property rules and for any damage, cleaning charges, fines, or other fees assessed by the property as a result of the party.
14 Follow Your Chef's Safety Instructions
A hibachi grill involves high heat, hot cooking surfaces, knives, cooking equipment, and open cooking areas.
Guests must follow the chef's safety instructions and maintain an appropriate distance from the cooking equipment.
Do not touch the grill, cooking equipment, knives, or other chef equipment without permission.
Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be asked to move away from the cooking area.
15 Have Fun
Your Hibachi Party is designed to combine great food, entertainment, and Bad Girl energy into one memorable bachelor party experience.
Come hungry, have your party area ready, take care of your chef and Bad Girls, and have an amazing night.
It is your responsibility to make sure everyone attending your party is aware of and follows these rules.
