On Airbnb it says no bachelor parties. What should we do? We can't find a rental. Help!

Over the years, bachelor parties have been known to cause quite a ruckus. Remember the movie? Many owners or property managers are wary of renting to people who want to throw rager parties. No one wants their house thrashed by a bunch of partiers.

However, we understand that most Bach Party groups these days are respectful groups who will be kind to the property and treat the property like their own. If your group is just a good group of working professionals looking to enjoy a bestie weekend together, then you can gently ignore that "no bach parties" rule.

However, please do reach out to the owners, hosts, or property manager to let them know you are a group of friends traveling together who want to stay in their house. You can even let them know your itinerary - such as if you are booking a yacht charter or brewery tour and will be gone most of the day. Or that you will be hiring a private chef to come in to cook a special dinner.

We recommend following the noise ordinances, not hiring a DJ, a band, or blasting your music, no keggers, ragers, or beer bong contests, keeping the visitors down to a minimum, and being super respectful to the property and the furniture inside.

If you want to enjoy a sexy female strip show for your bachelor party, book our exotic dancers, who are very respectful of vacation rentals and Airbnb and treat the place like their own homes.

Please do not pee on trees, puke in bushes, or stomp on plants. Always leave the house better than you found it. Even though you are paying a cleaning fee, still clean the house before you leave. We recommend picking up all the bottles, trash, and leftover items, stripping the beds, and cleaning up after yourself. The less work for the cleaning crews, the better. Our goal is to make Bach parties more welcome to vacation rentals. This starts with you.
